Near Harbledown, Kent – 2/10

Oh Dear! This is yet another depressing sight that will not only leave all great stile appreciators with feelings of deep sorrow, but also serves to be a stark warning as to what can so easily happen if a stile is not shown the love and attention that it so deserves. Years of irresponsible neglect from people electing to lazily walk around it have now resulted in a rickety structure that is on the verge of collapse. Even if the structure could still support the weight of the average hiker, the height between the top step and top rail is way too high, making navigation deeply uncomfortable and anyone navigating this will have to stretch so much that they run a severe risk of ripping their trousers! RIP
